I am looking for someone who can take over and be the “glue” that integrates our people, processes, and priorities. We’ve reached the point in our journey where we need to pass ownership of operations over to an integrator.

This position is for someone who has experience in backlinking and outreach but doesn’t know how to do everything yet (but knows they can figure it out). We want to grow and support you into a role much bigger than you are in right now.

Basic Requirements:
-Have very good knowledge, or at least understand the features, of Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, Screaming Frog
-You are a near-native English speaker and you can express yourself in written and sometimes spoken form
-Have a negotiation mindset in order to follow the blogger on Twitter, ping someone on LinkedIn, even to call for a link when you are really near to close a deal.
-Strong knowledge of Excel, gsheets, Moz, Pitchbox, Ahrefs, Ninja Outreach, Mailshake, Scrapebox, Snov.io and similar automation programs
-Strong work ethic and willing to learn
-Ability to adapt in very dynamic SEO environment

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead coaching and professional development training for marketers
  • Performance management for marketing teams
  • Oversees the operations of our client services
  • Learn our approach to digital marketing, and then act as the chief trainer and coach on this approach
  • Conduct practice presentations, pitches, and meetings
  • Coaching individuals to improve their performance, motivation, and success
  • Improving communications between teams and clients
  • Participate in the development systems that allow teams to demonstrate clear and measurable value to clients
  • Performance coaching and training with the employees

You’ll be working alongside the Account Managers and Onboarding Manager. You’ll be responsible for executing the company vision and coaching team members to be their best. To make this happen, you will need to be able to train our teams, develop and maintain day-to-day operations, be obsessed with organizational clarity, and ensure that our Link building department and system is working cohesively.

This job is results-oriented. You will be responsible for working in sprints and achieving goals. When and where you choose to work is completely up to you as long as you have a good internet connection and you are sending EOD reports to the CEO and Operations Manager.

Trial period: 2 weeks
Trial rate: 150USD
Salary: $2000- $3000USD depending upon experience
