Atlas Assistants is looking for a Lead Recruiter with startup experience and eagerness to help them build up and shape recruitment operations; your primary focus will be helping recruit assistants.

More specifically, within this role you will:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience by managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Facilitate the offer process
  • Manage the onboarding process
  • Stay ahead of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall search, outreach, and testing process

During the onboarding process, you’ll receive training through videos and feedback, and learn tons of new information about the company and your role. You’ll have regular check-ins each day until you are comfortable enough to take on more tasks and work on your own.

This is a full-time role, with some flexibility when it comes to working hours, which means you can arrange your own schedule with the CEO. This role comes with tons of opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally. You’ll get to join a fast-growing startup at the ground level, and get a front-row seat to learn as much as possible as the business grows!

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience hiring in Eastern Europe and/or the Philippines, ideally
  • Tech literacy; you are tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Solid knowledge of ATS
  • Experience with creating recruiting strategies
  • Experience conducting market research and analysing the newest trends in the industry
