ABOUT US

We are an SEO agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for eCommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com and many, many more global brands.

Currently, our team of 18 consists of account managers that work with clients, analysts that support the client work, internal marketing and sales teams in addition to a team that runs internal operations. Our number of clients is constantly growing and we are on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join the team and help our marketing plans come to life.

We offer continuous SEO and digital marketing training so you can improve your skills and level up your career. Our team will invest more than one hundred hours into your training. The training includes digital marketing courses, coaching from a senior marketer and working directly with global brands to make an impact on their strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the Marketing Assistant role is to execute our internal marketing plan and use content strategy and marketing to generate leads that can convert to customers. The marketing assistant responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral for social media and our website, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.

This role will be interacting on a daily basis with the Marketing Manager and the Chief Marketing Officer.

Your main responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant will include:

  • Generating content ideas from events and other materials
  • Developing written content for our website and marketing materials
  • Brainstorming content we could co-create with partners
  • Executing campaigns using marketing software (Zoom Webinar, ActiveCampaign, WordPress)
  • Partner identification, engagement, and nurture
  • Evaluation of potential leads and MQLs and ownership of handoff and feedback loop
  • Coordinating online events
  • Preparing questions for our events
  • Providing support to teammates for their projects
  • Generating reports on marketing campaign performance
  • Tracking projects in asana
  • Posting on our social media platform and generating contacts
  • Capturing marketing metrics
  • Writing and reviewing content
  • Writing customer case studies
  • Providing External event research/outreach
  • Creating social posts and writing captions/hashtags
  • Working with our editor to create and review internal videos

Work schedule:

  • Full-time position (contract) (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
  • Flexible schedule - you manage your own working hours so long as you can work between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Eastern Time - Our Office is in Boston, USA

The qualifications of the most suitable candidate:

  • Interest in marketing
  • Great communication skills: Because marketing coordinators are responsible for coordinating tasks among all marketing team members and project vendors, verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Project management: Marketing coordinators often have numerous projects ongoing at one time. Strong project management skills will help with organizing, planning and completing each of these projects.
  • Creativity: Marketing coordinators are often tasked with creating marketing materials, so creativity skills can be useful.
  • Analytical: Analyzing marketing initiatives’ results can be just as important as planning them. Analytical skills will assist the marketing coordinator in interpreting the success of a marketing campaign and making the necessary changes to improve results.
