The Company

ZenOutreach is a new company as it was founded in February 2021. We offer three different types of services - LinkedIn Outreach, Email Outreach, List building. As we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a new member to add to our team.

Job Overview:

The Leads Generation Manager is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads specifically to boost the sales. The candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. We are looking for a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!

At a later stage, you will be responsible to verify the quality of the lead generation campaigns.

The responsibilities and duties of the job are the following:

  • Research prospects’ contact information and the best ways to get in touch with them
  • Qualify new leads that turn into quality demo appointments
  • Draft personalized outbound messages
  • Send personalized outbound messages
  • Educate prospects about the products
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting business relationships by understanding clients’ needs
  • You will have to use Linkedin Sales Navigator, other search engines every day in order to perform the daily tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years past experience in lead generation required: bring extensive knowledge and understanding of B2B and B2B2B lead generation.
  • Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing, and development processes.
  • Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator, and other search engines
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership, sales support project management, and training skills.
  • Forward-thinking and should possess problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
