The company is fully remote, with employees working from all over the world - Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, and North and South America.
They are a very ambitious and fast-paced team, looking for proactive people who take ownership over their work and are always looking to do more, learn and improve.
Right now, the company is looking for a Landing Page Designer who can understand the company’s vision and can eventually develop into the role of Chief Design Officer. This person also needs to have an understanding of marketing and the ability to increase conversion rates by creating great landing pages.
As the new Landing Page Designer, you will:
- Be responsible for different brands/projects owned by the company
- Increase conversion through design
- Develop design templates/brand guidelines for every project
- Work on new landing pages & improve and polish the existing designs
- Keep up with design trends & show initiative to develop new designs
During the onboarding process, you will learn more about different projects the company owns & their target audience. You will start to improve both the design and user experience on the landing pages of different brands, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a full-time role and the hours are flexible, as long as there is some overlap with PST.
To be a successful candidate, you need:
- Experience in landing page design
- Demonstrated understanding of how landing page design can help conversion
- Experience with Clickfunnel or other tools for building landing pages and sales funnels
- Knowledge of marketing and conversion aspect of UI / UX, especially funnels and Direct Response Marketing
You need to be able to take initiative, understand which designs work and which do not, while following the current trends and always coming up with ideas for improvement. You also need to be responsible, reliable, and able to communicate well with a diverse team.
