Marketing Position

We are looking for a… KICK ASS MARKETING MANAGER.

Marketing is the oil that makes a business run smoothly. I am sure you know that if you are reading this.

When i say "KICK ASS" I mean exactly that!!! I mean we are looking for someone that when they envision themselves at work doing their "Marketing Job" that the first thing that pops into their mind is a visual of a karate chop scene from a Jackie Chan movie but instead, they are the ones doing the karate chop and massive leads being generated is the result instead of a sore ass…

We aim to rewrite the rules of the modern-day workplace

We aim to co-create the work environment that we would want to work in an ideal world

We are tired of the past.

We are tired of the corporate jargon,

We are tired of the catchphrases that we have all become so accustomed to reading

Its gotten so bad that it literally is a cringy feeling when you're reading a job ad that uses the same catchphrases that have been used for eternity.

Words like blah blah blah, blah blah

The modern-day work world looks nothing like what it used to look like. The post-Covid world will be in-perceivable to someone viewing it with eyes that are stuck in the past..

Remote work/hybrid work opportunities are here to stay and quite frankly when done correctly is much better for everyone involved. Most work can be done behind a screen and a Wi-Fi connection. And people have grown to enjoy the freedom that comes with hybrid work opportunities.

So obviously this is not the traditional job ad, and if you can't tell by now, obviously we are not the traditional company or corporation. We aim to be a Disruptor to the "Norm"... A Weed, An Annoying Presence, A Force/Catalyst for REAL CHANGE!!!! We aim to usher in a completely new way of running a company.

Our mission is to grow a business that people could be proud to say they work at and look forward to going to every day.

We are building it right into the foundation of the business. It all started realizing when developing our mission vision value statement that we sounded like everyone else and everyone else sounded like everyone else. We were trying to make it meaningful but kept feeling like we were just acting like another corporation who are claiming that they're trying to save the world when really profits are the priority. Now in regard to the position... we are looking for someone who has a specific set of skills. Those are:

• Email marketing
• Content marketing
• Copywriting
• Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Sales funnel design
• Direct mail marketing
• Analytics analysis

3+ experience in each of the skill sets above would be highly favored. We want someone who is confident in their abilities and has proven themselves in other positions and other opportunities.

A portfolio of work and/or something showing a collection of your previous work is highly favored.

This role will be the first position to be filled within our marketing department and ideally, the person who feels this position will grow to become our Chief of Marketingwhich will be tasked with developing the larger marketing department that will service our multiple divisions of the business.
