Job Description:

Your role will be supporting our senior media buyers with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaign setup and optimization, updating audiences, doing audience research, and competitor analysis, checking we are on track with ad budgets, updating multiple spreadsheets, and helping with reporting.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior media buyers to support the setup and optimization of Facebook, Instagram, and tik tok campaigns. Your responsibilities will include audience research, competitor analysis, budget tracking, spreadsheet management, data analysis, and reporting. You will utilize spreadsheets, requiring logical thinking and basic mathematical skills.

As a Junior Media Buyer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate setup and maintenance of campaign performance. It is crucial to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines and maintain clear communication with the leadership team. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to a well-defined process. While some tasks may not be particularly thrilling, it is essential to approach them with a sense of pride and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

Please note: This position requires a strong inclination towards following established processes and maintaining meticulous organization. Proficiency in data analysis is also vital. Qualifications:

We have team members all over the world, and you would need to work in the US time zones.

Being willing to work weekends is also a bonus.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months working as a Media Buyer would be ideal
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing
  • Some experience in managing Facebook ads
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and basic mathematical operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure campaign optimization to meet client's key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Update video view audiences for improved targeting.
  • Monitor ad comments to address negative feedback, gather testimonials, and generate new ideas.
  • Track campaign budgets to ensure alignment with monthly targets.
  • Execute campaign setup based on instructions from senior media buyers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date spreadsheet with current campaigns and ads.
  • Analyze the performance of audiences, creatives, and copy within the last 30 days to identify best-performing elements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to gain fresh ideas and insights for client accounts.
  • Develop and document efficient processes for daily tasks.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with team members using Slack, Loom videos, Zoom calls, or Go High Level
  • Adhere to agreed timelines and deadlines established in Monday project management tool.
