We are growing Testing.Agency and are setting up a Marketing & Sales team so we are looking for someone who can help us manage our content strategy.
At Testing.Agency we help our clients optimize their websites for higher conversions by building A/B-tests. To help our costumers better, we are launching a blog and newsletter and are also looking into interviewing industry experts. We need you to make this all happen!
Our team works from home or in co-working spaces in different countries all around the world. We stay in contact via Slack, team calls and through our internal support system.
About the Job:
This is a remote job for roughly 20-40 hours a week. You will be working directly with the CEO on implementing and executing the content marketing strategy. There is a lot of freedom in the job which also gives a lot of responsibility. It is no problem that you are not familiar with our field as we are happy to train you.
Tasks you will be doing:
- generating new article ideas
- interviewing industry experts
- communicating with and managing writers
- editing and publishing blogpost
- publishing a bi-weekly newsletter
- writing knowledge base articles
- analysing our progress (analytics)
- post on and managing our social media channels and advertising
You don't have to be proficient in all these tasks yet, but definately willing to learn!
Skills you need:
- Fluent in (written) English, as you will be writing and editing a lot
- Great communication skills. We’re a distributed team, so frequent and clear written communication is a must.
- Experience in managing people and processes
- Basic wordpress editing skills
- A good understanding of what great content marketing is
- Self-driven work ethic. You need to be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion.
- Curiosity and the desire to learn. Our business is changing and growing fast, who knows what will be the skills of tomorrow? Flexibility is key.
Pay Wage:
- You would start at $600 USD/month for 40 hours of work each week.
- After the first month of probationary period, the pay would jump to $700 USD/mo
- Eligible for our annual Christmas bonus and other benefits
- Eligible to attend company paid team retreats in various locations
