  • Help manage the content of each city landing page
  • Help collect deal information i.e. how BikeTours connects with their APIs, facilitates business relationships
  • Manage Salesforce (the company’s CRM) by entering operator information, assisting in potential automation and data collection / analysis
  • Report to the CEO and interact with marketing teams and other tour development/content team members

Initially, the focus will be on the European market, however, that will soon expand to more cities across other continents and you will play a key role in that process. The basics of your role are simple and you will be able to quickly hit the ground running by reaching out to new partners and learning more about the company's systems, processes, and team members.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience with/knowledge of sales and best practices
  • Ability to see the big picture
  • Great computer skills – you are tech-savvy
  • A passion for travelling and cycling
  • Gregarious personality and great work ethic
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM(s), Slack, email & content management systems, and SEO (a plus!)

Ideally, you also have experience in sales/business development and/or tourism. However, you must be able to demonstrate your interest in these areas.

What’s in it for you?

  • $1500 - $2500* per month + 20% yearly bonus
  • Full-time & fully remote role
  • Working hours largely during the EU business hours, with some overlap with the Californian time for communication with the CEO; the hours are very flexible as long as you get your job done
  • Potential bonus packages based on your performance and contributions to the company
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth to a more senior role as the company grows
