Junior AdWords Media Buyer Wanted For "A Players Only" Marketing Company [CLOSED]

Hey there!

I run an AdWords agency and I need help handling growth. I'm looking for an intelligent, clear-thinking and reliable Junior AdWords Media Buyer to help me get more done. The agency helps clients run effective AdWords campaigns. Most clients come by referral, and earning their business through exceptional results is our driving motivation.

Right now, I work with several specialized workers on a project-basis. Your role will be the first that's long term, ongoing and ideally full-time. This is a remote position.Together, you and I will deliver even better results for clients. You’ll be at the heart of a growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person.

You don’t need to be an expert at all things AdWords – this is a junior position, and I’ll provide training to the right person – but you do need to know your way around the platform.

You MUST have these traits:

  • Self-Improver (If you haven’t read/watched anything instructional in over a year, this isn’t the position for you)

  • Able to follow guidelines
  • Comfortable recommending improvements when you see them
  • Hard working & reliable
  • Committed to doing great work

You also need to have these skills:

  • Excellent written English
  • Strong command of Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong command of Word & Google Docs
  • Familiarity with AdWords, Google Analytics and AdWords Editor

If we decide to work together, you’ll be responsible for account management & reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Here is a short list of tasks you’ll be responsible for:

  • Update a Google Sheet we use to track AdWords KPIs
  • Update negative keywords and pause poor display placements
  • Shopping Feed optimization
  • Keyword and placement research
  • Scaling keywords and placements
  • Ongoing Bid optimizations
  • Launching new campaigns
  • Suggesting improvements

This position will start as a part-time position (~15 hours/week) with the aim of blooming into a full-time position after an evaluation period. In the beginning, I like to work with at trial period of 2 weeks (paid of course) to see if there’s a good fit on both sides. I plan to hire two or more for this trial period, and will move forward with the most capable candidate.
