Hey, Ilma here - Hiring Success Manager here at JobRack.
We’re looking to hire a recruiter that would be working with us to help find awesome jobseekers from Eastern Europe for some of the harder jobs we get posted here on JobRack - this is on a project basis for now but may build to committed part time or full time hours.
About the Job
You will be working closely with the JobRack team to make sure even the most difficult roles can be filled and we provide all our employers with the best candidates for their vacancies.
You’ll use the information our employers provide and use this with your recruiter skills to hustle up awesome candidates to apply to the job.
What You’ll Do
Identify the right kind of candidates for relevant roles
Search, find and attract the right candidates to apply to the role
Complete pre-screening through messaging with the candidates to ensure a good fit before they apply
Do other things that only you as an awesome recruiter will know...you tell us!
About You
You are an independent worker who knows how to find great candidates for tricky roles
You have strong communication skills
You have experience in HR or Recruitment
You have understanding of technical skills necessary for some of the jobs in software development industry including specific technologies and programming languages
You are ambitious and results oriented
You have or can work with remote workers on an ongoing basis
You’re interested in long term work and being part of a high performing team working to get awesome remote jobs for jobseekers all across Eastern Europe
Most of these roles will be developers or sales related roles so the perfect candidate would be someone that has experience with technical recruiting or working within these industries.
The role for the moment will be project based working on a job by job basis. As we grow we want to continue to give our employers an amazing experience so this may increase to go part time/full time in the future.
