ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a tech savvy Operations Manager who will focus on managing two key aspects of our business.
1 - Inventory and Orders - You’ll be managing our inventory and orders between our suppliers, 3rd party warehouses and Amazon warehouses. This will involve extensive use of Excel/Google Sheets as well as working within the Amazon seller platform.
You’ll be negotiating over email/we-chat with freight forwarders and suppliers helping to ensure our goods arrive as quickly as possible and managing order volumes and replenishment levels.
2 - Product Launch - You’ll be handling all aspects of our product launches and promotional activity that’s key to making a successful launch. You’ll receive full training but you’ll need to be tech savvy, comfortable with marketing tools like ManyChat and have creative skills when it comes to keyword research and how to attract customers/potential buyers with high quality product listings, giveaways and promotions.
The two aspects of the role go hand in hand so you’ll be working between all areas on a daily basis.
For the product launch side of things here’s how it works:
We've researched products to sell. We've sourced them. They're on their way to the Amazon warehouse. A few weeks before it arrives into Amazon it's time to plan the launch. This is where you come in.
With a clear understanding of the product and the target market, you’ll research keywords and mechanisms to launch the product successfully.
You’ll need to be comfortable with configuration of marketing / technical tools like ManyChat which we use to handle Messenger automation, giveaways, marketing automations and promotions.
You’ll track everything in Google Sheets to monitor progress and highlight when changes need to be made.
ManyChat skills are highly desirable, so if you have those that’s going to be a big help.
This role will be interacting on a daily basis with Nathaniel, Amir and Tomer and there will be training with Nathaniel for the inventory management and with Amir for the product launches.
