We are looking for an inside sales representative for our social media marketing business. The ideal person has a passion for social media and wants to help CEOs and VPs step into using LinkedIn and Twitter effectively.

Here’s the work you will be doing:

  • Research incoming leads using their website and LinkedIn to identify how we can best serve them (LinkedIn profile writing, blog writing, social media coaching) and follow up with them using LinkedIn, email and phone.

  • Help executives move through the buying process by sending educational materials appropriate for their situation. Address objections proactively.

  • Monitor LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator and customer websites to stay on top of company news for current clients and target accounts so you can personalize your interactions.

  • Create sales proposals using templates.

  • Update InfusionSoft/Keap with the results of sales interactions and set action items for next


  • Close deals.

  • Assist during kickoff calls to transition the client to the project team.

  • Stay in touch with the client to ensure they are delighted with our services and that we are fully

    meeting their needs.

    You will have the opportunity to attend sales training from Asher Strategies, one of the top sales training organizations in the country. You can also attend monthly meetings of the Institute for Excellence in Sales, where top sales trainers from across the US provide training. Plus you have access to the IES archived sales training programs.

    When you sell a project, you can have confidence that the client will be very happy with the results. We have a great team that does very high-quality work and is a pleasure to work with.     Does this sound like you?

  • You have an excellent track record of closing a high volume of sales in the $1,500-10,000 range.

  • You are excellent at painting a vision of what would be possible for clients, getting them excited

    about the potential, and helping them see themselves achieving that vision.

  • You are persistent and persuasive.

  • You have a business background, so you understand the opportunities and challenges for senior

    executives and can build rapport easily.

  • You have strong verbal communication skills and a good phone presence.

  • You have good written communication skills. Your emails are typo-free and easy to understand.

  • You are detail-oriented and organized.

  • You enjoy learning new things, pick up new concepts and terminology quickly.

  • You are reliable and responsible, able to work well independently.

    The ideal candidate has experience selling marketing services to technology companies. Most of our clients are executives in the technology industry, and it is useful to understand their issues and concerns.

    Pay: Base (commensurate with experience) plus commission.
