About Goodjuju:
We are a US based marketing agency that helps rental property management businesses get more leads/clients with websites and specific local SEO strategies to help them appear higher in the local google maps search results and get more exposure and leads/clients.
We have a hard working, yet chill remote team of 13 people who are mostly in Eastern Europe. We are growing and need to add someone great to our team.
The Role:
-The role is a mix of business development manager (BDM) but we're calling it “Client Success Manager” and internal Human Resource Manager for our small team.
-The balance of these roles is probably about 60% BDM and 40% HR.
The Person and Skills We Need:
-Someone who has great English (writing and speaking) preferably without a very very strong accent (don't let your accent worry you, it's not critical, please still apply)
-Someone who can truly become dedicated to Goodjuju and motivated to grow themselves (skills, experience, pay) by helping Goodjuju grow and perform better
-Someone focused who genuinely cares and enjoys their work communicating with the team, clients, and potential clients
-Motivated to grow, make more money (base pay and bonuses), and improve your life while helping improve the life of the Goodjuju team and our clients
Your Work and Responsibilities:
✅ Paying Goodjuju monthly contractors/employees per schedule
✅ Sending contracts quickly to new clients from templates after info from CEO Landon
✅ Sending invoices quickly to new clients (for websites and recurring seo plans) after info from CEO Landon
✅ Offer/propose seo services to all website clients when the sites are finished for those who didn't know about seo or didn't sign up from the start
✅ Setting up recurring website hosting invoices for clients when their website is finished and live
✅ Help find old clients who are not paying for website hosting and get them signed up
✅ Following up on unpaid late invoices via email, call, and texts
✅ Cancelling client services who are not paying late charges after warnings
✅ Following up with unreached recent warm leads via emails, calls, texts
✅ Send periodic updates/offers to old leads with a reason
✅ Every 4-6 months, email and call old leads with an update/offer (new pricing, improvements, special offers, results, etc)
✅ Have short qualification calls/meetings with potential clients if needed or schedule for CEO Landon
✅ Checking in with Goodjuju team quarterly (scheduling a meeting with yourself, the employee, CEO, and COO)
✅ Goodjuju monthly basic finance tracking/reports in google sheet (revenue, expenses, profit)
✅ Working directly with and staying closely in touch with Goodjuju's CEO (Landon)
✅ Helping Goodjuju's CEO (Landon) see work/tasks he shouldn't be using his time for, and helping him with these tasks

Full-Time Position and Pay - But Reasonable/Flexible Hours:
✅ 6 hours per day (on average) M-F. We are not super strict on counting hours, we more expect hustle during your work time
✅ We need someone who is excited to help make a difference with their efforts and be focused solely on Goodjuju. When we grow, you grow.
✅ No 2nd jobs/side hustles. We need your full energy and focus, and you'll be paid more with the more that you do. You won't need or want a second job :)
Pay, Bonuses, and Benefits for you:
💰 STARTING base pay $2,200.00/month, paid in two payments each month. Multiple opportunities to earn up to $4,000.00 - $7,000.00/month over time.
💰 BONUS of $28.00 for every ghost lead that you get in contact with and get interested In the free consultation/analysis from CEO Landon
💰 BONUS of $15.00 for every internal website client that you can get interested in learning more about our SEO services via consultation/analysis from CEO Landon
💰 BONUS of $50.00 permanent base pay increase for each new monthly client (that you helped enter the sales process or reactivate)
