Your Role & Impact
As the Head of Google Ads Operations & Strategy, you will take full ownership of Google Ads performance, strategy execution, and campaign optimization to drive measurable results. This is a leadership role where your expertise will directly impact client success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Strategy & Optimization
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine high-performing Google Ads campaigns for exterior cleaning businesses.
- Implement advanced keyword strategies to maximize ad performance and lead quality.
- Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Run A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Ensure conversion tracking and attribution models are correctly implemented to measure campaign success.
Performance Management & Scaling
- Monitor ad spend and profitability, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.
- Identify and implement scalable strategies to improve lead generation and cost efficiency.
- Generate detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain deep analytics tracking and data-driven decision-making for ongoing campaign improvements.
Leadership, Team Development & Project Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists, ensuring campaigns are executed at the highest level.
- Set clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to maintain consistent execution across all accounts.
- Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools like ClickUp, ensuring campaign execution stays on track.
- Optimize and refine internal processes, SOPs, and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign execution.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO team to align paid and organic strategies for stronger overall performance.
- Coordinate with client success managers to ensure campaigns align with business goals and client expectations.
- Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices, making recommendations for new strategies and innovation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for an elite Google Ads strategist who thrives on ownership, performance, and continuous optimization. To succeed in this role, you must have:
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (excluding e-commerce) with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Expert in campaign optimization – You know how to fine-tune bidding strategies, targeting, and ad relevance to maximize ROI.
- Strong analytical skills – Ability to break down complex data and turn insights into scalable growth strategies.
- Google Ads Certified or equivalent hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking & attribution models – You understand how to measure and improve lead quality.
- Proven leadership experience – Comfortable managing specialists, delegating tasks, and holding team members accountable.
- Excellent written English – You can craft compelling, high-converting ad copy that drives results.
- Self-motivated & results-driven – You take ownership and hold yourself to high-performance standards.
Bonus Experience (Preferred, but not required):
- Experience managing Local Service Ads (LSA).
- Experience optimizing lead generation for service-based businesses.

Benefits, Salary, Compensation, and Schedule
- Base Salary: $2,500 - $4,500/month (based on experience and expertise).
- Fully Remote Position: Work from anywhere while collaborating with a high-performing international team.
- Flexible Work Schedule: While our core hours are 9 AM – 5 PM EST, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule as long as you are available for a mandatory four-hour overlap between 12 PM – 4 PM EST.
