Testing.Agency is an online, remote company and we create variations of existing web pages that are then used in A/B tests. Each project is a new challenge since each website and assignment is unique. We work on live, high-traffic websites and develop scientific experiments to improve websites and user experience.
Now we need a new team member who will make sure that our clients are happy with our work.
Testing.Agency is a fully distributed team and our team members work from home or in co-working spaces in different countries around the world. We stay in contact via Slack, team calls and through our internal support system.
ABOUT THE JOB
Your responsibilities will be twofold:
1. Our work needs to be perfect, since it affects live businesses. This is where you come in. You will be in charge of checking the work done by our developers to make sure it follows what the client requires and that no bugs remain unfixed.
2. You will be in charge of almost all project related communication: keeping the client up to date on progress, issues, missing assets, delivery schedules.
Combining these two skills, you are at the forefront of making sure that our clients are happy!
+ Accepting and assessing briefings submitted by clients;
+ Communicating with clients: informing them about the status of their tests, forwarding questions from developers, requesting missing assets and clarifying any inconsistencies;
+ Acting as a liaison between the development team and the client to ensure that progress is being made according to schedule;
+ Keeping the client informed about any issues, impossible requests or delays in delivery;
+ Testing the code against the briefing to check for inconsistencies and bugs, ensuring that the codes are clean and that no issues slip by unnoticed;
+ Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility tests to make sure the code works in the most popular browsers, OS, screen sizes and devices;
+ Identifying and reporting all and any bugs to the developers, because issues must not be allowed to reach the client;
+ Delivering the completed product to the client.
You don't have to be proficient in all these tasks yet, but definitely willing to learn!

We are looking for an experienced Client Happiness Specialist with:
+ An eye for detail and the ability to read and follow a briefing perfectly;
+ Great communication skills. We’re a distributed team, so frequent and clear written communication is a must;
+ Fluid proficiency in (written) English, since it is vital for communication with our clients;
+ Self-driven work ethic. You need to be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion;
+ Curiosity and the desire to learn. Our business is changing and growing fast, who knows what the skills of tomorrow are? Flexibility is key.
Experience with A/B-testing and tools like VWO and Optimizely is a plus, but before you start we will train you on everything you need to know.
