ZICOTO is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level to Senior Graphic Designer to join their in-house Creative Team. 

As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional modern aesthetics and advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator/InDesign) to create top-level designs for their product portfolio. You will work in tandem with their current designers to produce outstanding designs for their products. More specifically, within this role, you will:

• Collaborate directly with the Creative Team leader to create a variety of top-level product and packaging designs, such as planners, organisers, calendars, baby books and products, educational toys, etc.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that the products remain at the forefront of the market.
• Work on various design projects, from start to finish, and produce creative and visually appealing designs that align with the brand's vision and messaging.
• Deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques to discuss new ideas, present your work, and gather feedback from your colleagues.
• Ensure that all designs are of the highest quality and comply with the design guidelines and standards.
• Work closely with our Product Development, Listing, and Logistics teams to ensure that designs are properly executed and meet the business objectives.
• Manage design files, organise assets, and maintain design archives for future reference.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Creative Team leader, Amanda, and interact with her daily to plan, execute, brainstorm, ask questions, collaborate, review feedback, or celebrate reaching a goal. The company does not have specific on-the-job training programs or courses to complete, but they will take time for traditional onboarding to ensure you understand the processes, goals, expectations, project, and communication platforms. They will do whatever it takes to bring you into the position to do your best possible job.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Exceptional aesthetics and design eye, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills.
• Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, coupled with experience creating top-level designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from others.
• Consistency, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines.
• A keen eye for design trends and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and techniques.

Brownie points for

• Broader knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Lightroom experience.
• Experience in product research, stock design, and font search.
• Ability to assist other designers with questions and provide feedback when needed.
