Graphic Designer, Illustrator & Problem-Solver [CLOSED]

Full Time 3000.00 - 5000.00 USD Type: Monthly

Cross Innovations is an eCommerce company that owns the brand Lunderg. They mainly develop OEM products and bring them to market on Amazon.com. From there, they launch them on Walmart.com and Lunderg.com. Their goal is for customers to associate the Lunderg brand with high-quality products and great customer service.

Their philosophy is not just to make great products, but to make them really useful. The team considers every small detail and prides themselves on the innovation of functionality and performance. The results speak for themselves, and with thousands of positive reviews for each of their products they can safely say that they have met and oftentimes surpassed the expectations of their customers. The team has lofty goals for 2023 and 2024 and their focus remains on innovation, improvement, building a strong team, and always listening to their customers.

Their international team consists of a small group of professionals with big goals. The company has a great bonus system set to reward everyone for goals achieved by the team and goals achieved by individuals (70/30). If the team wins, then everyone wins. The company culture is built around the team getting involved in multiple areas and understanding that being a star in one's role allows the other team members to perform at their highest level.

The way in which the team works could be described as follows:

"One type of person approaches a situation with the mindset of, “How can I make this work?”

Another type seems to approach each circumstance with the mindset of, “What are all the reasons this wouldn’t work?”

Both people will be forced to deal with reality, but the first person will only have to solve problems that actually occur while the second person will often avoid taking action entirely because of the potential problems they have dreamt up before starting.

There will always be reasons not to do something. Be a problem solver, not a problem adder."

Here’s the core team of Lunderg:

Right now, the team at Lunderg is looking for a FULL-TIME Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Problem Solver to bring life to their products with images, videos, and vibrant text and help them present their brand, packaging, products, and concepts to the world.

They are looking for a full-time professional who is a committed designer and who understands branding and balance and values quality over quantity. Thus, your primary task will be to turn image guidelines into magic. You should therefore be a problem solver with a solid understanding of spacing, branding, and how simple things like fonts can affect the overall feel of an image.

As you join the company, you will have the training to get you up to speed with the current systems and processes e.g. Asana, as well as a chance to learn more about the guidelines for each project. You will also receive training on how to upload all media assets to different platforms (Amazon, Walmart, their own website, etc.).

You will be able to get right to the design work, but the company will also take the time to introduce you to the team by setting up individual calls with each team member. You will also have weekly calls with Shawn, one of the founders & the project manager for Lunderg, to identify weekly goals and discuss the progress of current projects.

If you are a freelancer or looking for freelance work this job is not for you. We will not become your new client. We are looking for a full-time member of our team. Do not apply if you can’t take on the full-time role.

  • Experience selling your own products on an eCommerce platform, either your own or a 3rd party platform e.g. Amazon, etc.

What’s in it for you?

  • $3000 - $5000* per month depending on your portfolio and experience + bonuses
  • Full-time and fully remote role; please do not apply if you are looking for a part-time/side-hustle position
  • Semi-flexible working hours with a mandatory overlap between 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm Beijing time for calls and detailed discussions about the work progress

  • Paid holidays & bonus package
  • Annual salary increases based on the performance
