Beauty by Earth is a personal care company focused on bringing highly effective and incredibly clean products to people at an affordable cost.

The passion for natural, high-performing, safe ingredients was born with the birth of their kids (pun intended). They were fed up with the skincare industry’s casual disregard for their family’s health. Every time they put on sunscreen, they traded protection from the sun for exposure to harmful toxins. Enough was enough!

That’s how two friends became founders and co-owners of one of the fastest-growing natural skincare companies in the United States. Today, you can find Beauty by Earth products on their website, their app, on Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, Grove Collaborative, Thrive Market, iHerb, and so many more stores!

The company is looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in Graphic Design and conversion rate optimization to join their team. You’ll receive plenty of training on the CRO side of the position, but will be required to already have the graphic design skills you need to excel in this role. During the training, you’ll learn how to look at data and record changes to ensure improvements are being made!

Within this role, you will:

• Improve the click-through rate and the conversion rate of Amazon listings
• Use Spreadsheets to track data
• Conduct split testing
• Do graphic design work
• Collaborate with coworkers (including another graphic designer) & report to the Director of Marketplaces

This is a full-time position, and you need to have at least 4 hours of overlap between 9 AM and 1 PM EST.

To be successful within this role, you need:

• Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
• Experience doing product listing page optimization and/or conversion rate optimization.
• Analytical thinking skills & ability to document and test changes
• Bonus points for video editing skills or experience with Amazon!

Our ideal candidate is a go-getter who has the creativity of a graphic designer but can also see the direct correlation between graphic design and sales. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the role, push things forward and get things done, so you’ll be expected to make improvements without much hand-holding.

What’s in it for you?

• $2000 - $2500* per month
