Google Ads Specialist - Goodjuju [CLOSED]

We are a US based marketing agency that focuses on helping property managers in the US get more clients online with SEO and Google ads. We have team members in Bulgaria, Albania, England, and Montenegro, but we work closely together and love working together.

We are different than most SEO agencies. While other SEO agencies provide services to all businesses in all industries, we focus specifically on property management businesses in the United States. This gives us a competitive edge and our clients love it.

The work we do for our clients is meaningful.

• We don’t sell to clients and do average “good” work that most SEO agencies do.

We are growing quickly and have found a lack of Google ad expertise and focus within our business. We need a Google ads expert who ideally has a lot of real world experience building and optimizing campaigns, monitoring results like a hawk, analyzing whats working vs what's not, and optimizing for better conversions/cost.

This role will be full time at $1,600 per month with the opportunity for more responsibility and pay. We also do quarterly profit sharing bonuses that increase the longer you work with us.

As a new member of the team, you will:

• Build new Google ad campaigns for the clients needs (they are all property managers, fairly similar)
• Analyze current Google ad campaigns daily and optimize for better conversions and cost per conversion
• Analyze which “conversions” are legitimate by communicating with the client to further optimize the campaign
• Split test ad copy and landing page designs (we will help on the designs)
• Work closely with the marketing manager and CEO (me)

The hours are fairly flexible, but we prefer that you work during US working hours. During the onboarding process, you will get familiar with the company’s systems, meet our team, and get started on some small initiatives. We have a small & friendly team, and although there won’t be any formal training, there will be plenty of support. :)

The ideal candidate would have:

• Hunger! Desire to grow and work hard to get there
• Significant Google Ads experience (ideally 2+ years)
• Experience as the key person responsible for Ad Results
• Strong analytical skills to help us improve conversions
• You should love Google Ads and be super passionate about it
• Have the ability to work alone 95% of the time
• Desire to work hard every day, go above and beyond and overdeliver for our clients
• Willingness to stay up late sometimes to get work done

Bonus points if you have done Google Ads for local businesses before (our clients are all local businesses)
