Now we need someone to own the machine behind it all — the global ops engine powering 40+ SKUs across 3 continents.

About the role
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end global inventory, forecasting, and demand planning
- Supplier and 3PL management across the US, EU, UK, and Australia
- Compliance workflows for cosmetic regulations in US, EU, UK, and AU
- Contract and pricing negotiations — you will know every unit economics lever
- Daily ops hygiene: stock availability, lead time, fulfillment %
- System-building — your goal is fewer fires, cleaner data, and less noise
- Cash cycle optimization: when to produce, when to ship, when to push
- New market or product expansion planning
Where You’ll Operate
- 🇺🇸 US: Production + 3PL (one site, expansion underway)
- 🇪🇺 EU: Production in Bulgaria & Poland
- 🇬🇧/🇳🇱 UK + Netherlands for fulfillment
- 🌍 New markets: AU, CA, EU (FR/DE/ES coming)
Tools
Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify Admin, 3PL dashboards, Zapier, Airtable, low-code automations (optional but welcome)
Location & Language
- EU or US time zone (or able to overlap for 4+ hours)
- Fluent English required (other languages welcome)
About you
Who You Are
- You came up scrappy — maybe ops at a DTC brand, 3PL, or Shopify agency
- You hate bloated systems and dashboards that no one reads
- You’ve run international ops or feel ready to
- You’ve negotiated with suppliers, audited freight quotes, and fixed SKU chaos mid-launch
- You keep a personal playbook of what works: SOPs, dashboards, negotiation templates
- You speak fluent Excel, Notion, and logistics timelines
- You feel secretly smarter than most founders you’ve worked for — but you don’t need the credit
- You don’t wait for permission — you build, fix, and automate
