Full time Virtual Assistant [CLOSED]

Role

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant (VA) to join our remote team of web developers.

You will be a vital part of our team, supporting the rest of the team with a variety of tasks, which may include:

• Generating reports based on templates
• Working with the developers to ensure checklists and other documents are kept up to date
• Proofreading and formatting web content
• Scheduling calls and following up on actions
• Support with some bookkeeping tasks
• Research as necessary (e.g. travel options, articles)

Full training will be provided.

• have strong computer skills

Experience of working on web sites, as a web developer or alongside web developers is an advantage, but not necessarily required. Attitude is more important.
