Full Time Project Manager / Super-VA (from Serbia) [CLOSED]

We are our expanding online retail company and need 1 Project Manager full time to grow with our company. Duties will be centered around managing 2-3 Virtual Assistants (VAs) and 1-2 designer. To learn all the processes you will start by running through all the processes the VAs have to do daily, these include uploading t-shirt designs, making facebook ads, product research, customer service and other duties.

We are looking for someone who is especially good at training and monitoring others. Furthermore we are explicitly looking for someone who is extremly detailed oriented, great with following directions AND reviewing directions, fixing clerical errors, can help define and develop processes.

This posisition will start remotely until Apr 1. You need be 100% flexible about the working hours to coordinate with the rest of the team which are spread out over the whole world.
Apr 1-30 you will work from a coworking space in central Belgrade, Serbia next to the CEO, where you will learn in depth from him, how to manage the team of VAs, working time around 9:00-18:00. After April you can work location independent and remotely.
