We're looking for a "people person" and a great communicator for this customer service role. We need someone with native English, or otherwise excellent.
This job involves lots of communication with people via email, although you should also be comfortable on phone and video. You should be able to understand a situation, respond accordingly, and guide people to a solution. You'll also be tracking interactions with spreadsheets and other tools.
How good you are at communicating and solving problems has a direct impact on the profitability of our business - This is a very important role.
This is a serious position, with a chance to grow within the company in time. You'll have a direct impact on the performance and growth of our business.
Our team is small. You’ll work closely with the owner and a handful of other smart people to push towards business goals together.
