We are looking for someone to take over all content creation duties. You will be in charge of any written content across our channels, from ebooks to blog posts and social media.

We need someone with native-level English to fill this role immediately. Currently, we are using services to meet our needs, but we have scaled to the point that it is better to hire someone full time.
We need someone who is enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, highly organized, and with a passion for writing to work with a growing and dynamic team.
This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills, and take on more responsibility as we grow.
Full support will be provided including a focused training period when you first start working with us. We have extensive onboarding and training materials and the majority of your tasks are already broken down into checklists in our project management software. Each task will come with a demo video so that you can watch how it’s done before repeating yourself.

We provide all the software tools, training, and resources you will need.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for someone ready to spend 40 hours a week writing and creating content.
This is suitable for someone hard-working, who really wants to learn and grow, develop their skills, prove themselves, and take on more responsibility. A passion for grammar is critical.
You’ll be learning a lot. You won’t ever be comfortable just coasting along. This is a demanding role, with tons of support to help you improve your skills.
You will be expected to take responsibility for improving your writing skills and delivering content across multiple platforms from tiny tweets to extensive product reviews.

For every article and task, we provide extensive briefs with keywords and competition already analyzed for you. Our team is always available to answer questions so you are never writing in the dark.

In addition to writing new articles, you will write descriptions for our podcast episodes, Instagram quotes, and update old blog content.
You will have access to dozens of top-of-the-line online training courses, the most powerful software on the planet, daily coaching from our team, and the chance to actually do the work, make some mistakes and learn from experience.

The role involves working with me (CEO), business partners, and the other members of the team as required.
If you had been working for us in the last couple of weeks these are a sample of some of the tasks you would have done:

• Written YouTube descriptions for podcast episodes
• Created show notes with timecodes for podcast episodes
• Written blog posts to go with podcast episodes
• Converted SEO briefs into high-caliber blog posts
• Researched and written 10,000-word ebooks in new niches
• Formatted and scheduled blog posts
• Researched new content ideas
• Editing old content using our grammar tools
  

While this is a content-focused role, experience with search engine optimization and copywriting are a big plus. The ability to write landing pages based on our formulas and training will help to set you apart, even if you are a beginner in this additional skill.

This position will start out part-time during the training period and transition to full time after a three month trial period.

As this is a position that pays per hour rather than per word, you must be comfortable working with time tracking software. Our team is located around the world and this is our system for accountability.
