The Role
The core product of Innercircle is our Chrome extension to automate the tedious process of identifying, scoring, and managing referrals for sales, recruiting, and network expansion.
What You’ll Do
● Develop the next generation of Innercircle’s Chrome extension
● Maintain existing internal tooling, dashboard, and infrastructure
● Enable the growth of the business through automation
● Participate in the full software development lifecycle
What We Are Looking For
● 3+ years experience with TypeScript & React
● Ruby on Rails experience a bonus
● Ability to manage basic cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
● A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
● Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)
Compensation
● Consultants: We offer a retainer-based model
