Leadific provides Digital Marketing Agency owners with a platform to capture leads & close deals. The platform also offers SMS and email automation, review management, and calendar booking. The customers can white label the solution to resell to their customers in their niche as their own branded software - taking advantage of the same features.

There are six members in the team, and the company aims to create a culture where the customer comes first. Everyone needs to have a mindset of making the tool as effective as possible and being there to offer support to customers. At the same time, they want to have fun working together in the process.

Right now, Leadific is looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience in Node.js and React.

As the new member of the team, you will work primarily on the back-end solutions; or more specifically:

• Learn Dittofi (low code platform)
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications

On the front-end, you will:

• Learn Dittofi (low code platform)
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimise components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Although this is a Full Stack Developer role, the primary focus of the work will be on the back-end aspect. You won’t have any training as you will be expected to hit the ground running, but support will be provided to learn Dittofi when required. During the first few weeks on the job, you’ll meet the team, review project documentation, and get familiar with the scope of development work underway.

To be a successful candidate for the Full-Stack Developer position, you need:

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js and React.js
• Proven work experience as a full-stack developer
• Strong JavaScript skills, including:
  • DOM manipulation
  • Understanding of React core principles
  • Familiarity with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Token)
• Familiarity with front-end development tools (such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.)
• Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience building large long-term projects from scratch to completion
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Bonus points for experience in Golang
• Familiarity with both SQL & NoSQL databases.

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. There can be some flexibility, but your hours ideally need to overlap with 4 PM to 8 PM CET.
