Europe HR Solutions is an international HR consultancy specializing in outsourced HR solutions for small to mid-sized businesses operating in Europe. As we enhance our online presence, we are looking for another colleague, an experienced SEO professional with a strong focus on copywriting to improve our website visibility, drive organic traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SEO specialist who is primarily focused on copywriting, with previous experience in content writing, ghostwriting, or editorial roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and be capable of creating high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content. You will be responsible for crafting compelling website copy, optimizing existing content for search engines, and developing blog articles that resonate with our target audience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct SEO keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website rankings.
• Write high-quality, SEO-friendly blog posts, service pages, landing pages, and other website content.
• Optimize existing website content for search visibility, readability, and engagement.
• Develop compelling, conversion-focused copy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
• Collaborate with our team to create engaging lead-generation content.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and image optimization.
• Analyze content performance using SEO tools and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends and best practices in content marketing.

About you

• Proven experience in copywriting, ghostwriting, or editorial roles, with a strong focus on digital content.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).
• Understanding of technical SEO, including site speed optimization and structured data.
• Ability to write in a clear, engaging, and persuasive style that drives conversions.
• Experience in HR, B2B services, or related industries is a plus but not required.
