We are looking for a qualified Facebook Moderator to join our team. You should be a ‘people person’ who loves talking to people and responding to people online. You will be interacting with our customers on facebook. This includes moderating and interacting with all comments on Facebook.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Responding promptly to all customer comments on Facebook
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints that you have on Facebook
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Providing feedback on the interaction on Facebook
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
