About the role

We are currently looking for a Facebook Media Buyer to join our team.

Within this role, you will:

• Create your own engaging ad copy (You must have experience with copywriting your own ads)
• Work with our creative design team to get new video creatives and images
• Write scripts for our video ads
• Do research on our products and competitor ads to see "whats working"
• Manage and daily optimize your campaigns
• Upload new ads daily to Facebook to achieve goals and company KPIs which range based on the product/campaign you are assigned to
• Develop & execute media strategy (including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding)

This is a full time role (40 hours per week). Our eastern european workers work from 7am-3pm EST M-F so please keep that in mind when applying.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Facebook Paid Ads
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task on various projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to write your own ads that result in the desired action of the campaign
• High level FREE THINKER and communicator with a deep understanding of team work
• Understanding of Facebook Media buying, Pixel tracking, and other elements of Facebook platforms
• Have analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  

The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong attention to detail, one that communicates well, loves the highly engaging and responsive nature of Facebook Ads and is eager to independently learn and take action without being told what to do.

What's in it for you?

The salary for this position will start at $3000 per month with room to grow very quickly. After you finish your training and produce profits consistently, we will then attach a tiered profit share that will be based on a variety of factors.

Media buyers who apply to this job post should expect to make at least $90,000 per year. Be warned that you are NOT the right fit if you are only aiming to make the minimum. Our top media buyers make this and more with a hustle attitude. To hit top tier payouts you would need to be able to manage your campaigns outside of working hours.

    Include headline and engaging ad copy. Also write a short video script (the majority of our ads are videos and we need someone with experience writing scripts for videos)
2. Write details on how you would spy on a competitor ad using Facebook Ads library and build out your campaign on the above offer (this can also be a loom video as well).
