The company is currently looking for a Facebook Marketing Manager to join their ShopLC US branch. The purpose of this role is to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for user growth, provide ongoing management and optimisation of these campaigns, and measure and report on the performance of these campaigns. This role will also lead customer experience testing and optimisations throughout the customer journey and manage Facebook marketing campaigns.

More specifically, within this role you will:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for user growth
  • Provide ongoing management and optimisation of these campaigns, and measure and report the performance of the campaigns
  • Lead customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc)
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Manage Facebook marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise performance based on the insights
  • Devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of the target consumers
  • Identify new growth opportunities within your channels and outside to acquire new and engaged users
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth
  • Continuously experiment with ad creatives and landing pages to optimize the ROI on paid media

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven expertise as a digital marketer with hands-on experience with Facebook Ads
  • Prior experience in handling budgets at scale
  • Excellent knowledge of both paid and organic Facebook marketing
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools, creative analysis tools, insight generation, and attribution models
  • Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into digital marketing objectives
  • A growth mindset, and a love of working with data and experimentation
  • A track record of handling digital marketing campaigns at scale
  • Prior experience in execution in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
  • Skills with: Facebook Marketing, Digital Marketing, Facebook Insights and Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Monthly salary of $2500 - $3500*
  • Full-time and fully remote role
