Experienced Funnel Builder [CLOSED]

Part Time Negotiable

Sales funnel design

About Us

Welcome to Vig Village!

I used to be an English teacher. Then I discovered that adults don’t need more boring classes and confusing rules - they need to practice!

So instead of starting yet another school, I started the rst (as far as I know) virtual village where members come together every day to chat.

It’s a fun community; and it really works! (check out the reviews on TrustPilot and Facebook.)

To make this village run smoothly, we are an international team living around the world and all working remotely: 10 native speakers, two customer success coaches / customer service agents, an operations guy, a media buyer, etc. And there’s me, Ryan, a.k.a. Mr. Vig, from the U.S. but based in Prague, but travelling around a lot.

Position Overview

The way we find new members is by running Russel Brunson’s perfect webinar funnel every Saturday morning.

It works, but I want to try different methods to acquire customers that won’t require me going to be early every Friday night. Plus, I’ve got plenty of ideas for upsells and downsells and cross-sells.

And I hate building funnels! It takes me forever, I’d rather be creating or selling a new product, and they always break.

I need someone who will not only build and design pages and sequences, but who also has his/her own ideas.

When I have an idea, you’ll be able to tell me, “That’s a terrible idea. I tried that / my friend tried that / I read a case study about that and it totally bombed. Here’s what we should do instead....”

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Design and Implementation: Construct complete funnels, from landing page to abandon cart sequence to thank-you page, that rake in piles of cash.
  • Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, A/B test variations, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights on funnel performance, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights.

About You

• Proven experience as a Funnel Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful funnel designs.

• Strong understanding of direct response marketing, what works, and what’s working now.

• Proficiency in funnel building tools like ClickFunnels, Kartra, or similar platforms.

• Analytical skills to interpret funnel data and make informed decisions.

• Must be available during Central European Time (CET) hours.

• Clear communication in English. No jargon. No technobabel. No rambling. You know what needs to be said and you say it clearly and directly.

• You are very detail oriented and / or you work with a tester. A funnel that you hand over that has a bug or a broken link is not a finished funnel.

Next Steps

Still interested? Here’s what I need next:

1) Links or examples of at least two previous funnels you've designed or significantly contributed to, including performance metrics, if available.

2) A brief explanation of how you would approach designing a funnel for a short English pronunciation course.

3) Tell me about your education. What are your favorite marketing books? What are you reading now? How do you stay up to date with trends and techniques?

Thanks for looking,

Ryan
