Executive Virtual Assistant/Phone Operator - Full time, long term position [CLOSED]

Hello candidates! We are looking for the cream of the crop. Our best candidate is looking for long term, consistent work, and plans to be with Penn Enterprises for 10 years or more. Penn Enterprises consists mainly of three USA based companies: 1. Proficient Clean - an Eco Friendly residential and commercial cleaning company, in our 5th year of business, and based in Las Vegas, NV. 2. Pro Properties - an investment company that owns and manages apartment buildings in in Colorado, in our 6th year of business and is currently buying another building in Las Vegas. 3. Penn Publishing - an information product company which is currently in the process of producing multiple books and video courses on the subject of creating long term intimate relationships. We are looking to hire 2 full time VA’s for 40 hours a week. Normal working hours will be 8:00 am to 5 pm PST (UTC -8:00), although the VA will be on call until 7:30 am to 7:30 pm in case any additional calls come in. The job will start on May 26th 2016, and training will be paid. Our best candidate has strong skills in: leadership, communication, research, spreadsheets, computer, marketing and delegation. Understands the nuances of american culture and cultural norms. Daily tasks will include: fielding customer calls (using google voice), price estimates, scheduling appointments and cleaners, receiving payments, internet marketing, web research and Virtual Assistant tasks. Ideal candidate has a strong history in management, is not afraid to take on projects they don’t yet understand, can gauge how long tasks will take and be able to hire and manage someone to do the task for them if necessary. Must be ok with learning new technologies to "make it happen". The pay is $700USD per month per VA, with paychecks every two weeks.
