Hi, I’m Robin, founder of RF Performance.

RF Performance helps education providers grow their business, reputation, and audience with email and other content marketing. Our goal as a company is to grow a team full of people we enjoy working with, work for clients we like, and provide them incredible value while having fun along the way. We work reasonable hours, value people and education, and are pursuing better ways to care for our clients and each other.

The Executive Assistant we’re looking to add to the team will have three main outcomes:

  • Clear the founder to focus on growing the company by managing internal workflows and reducing distractions to their headspace.
  • Improve, streamline, document, and support the workflows in place for delivering client work.
  • Collaborate with the founder to explore new ideas and experiments for what we could be doing to improve operations and/or provide additional value to our clients.

You’ll know you’re the right person for this role if you:

  • Have 2-4+ years of experience as an operations, administrative, or executive assistant
  • Enjoy the greater accountability, autonomy, and flexibility that comes with working on a small team
  • Can easily write error-free American English
  • Have an ability to operate independently and reliably accomplish tasks
  • Have reliable internet and a reliable PC
  • Have experience documenting workflows (SOPs)
  • Have experience managing email
  • Have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (i.e. Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Bonus: Experience with ActiveCampaign (or equivalent email management software), Zapier, HiSawyer, Kajabi

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accountable for ensuring that the team is completing internal tasks on time
  • Responsible for managing email for the founder
  • Responsible for ensuring access management is done (software)
  • Responsible for creative asset management (copy, images, video, links, etc. . .)
  • Responsible for documenting the workflows in place for delivering client work
  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining internal workflows
  • Responsible for gathering and updating internal data
  • Responsible for doing client research for new sales calls

Overview:

  • Working Hours:
    • Part-Time: 4 Hours withing 9am-1pm ET based on availability
