Executive Assistant - Terrayn [CLOSED]

Terrayn provides marketing technology and services to retail dispensaries in the US and Canada. We are growing fast and have 14x FTEs at this time. In the next 6 months, we will double in size and our workload.

We have a high-performance team culture with A players with lots of autonomy. We have clear objectives and are actively working towards them. Most of our team is located in the Denver area and about three are remote in the US EST time zone.

We are expanding fast, and for that, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to help with admin tasks and manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar. This opportunity will help you get amazing experience in a high-growth startup with lots of hats to wear to learn new skills and build your resume.

As our Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox
  • Update accounts
  • Schedule meetings
  • Send emails & email reminders
  • Help with other administrative tasks
  • Report to and interact with the CEO, Head of HR, Head of Customer Success, Operations Folks

Tasks will be assigned via the teamwork project management tool, email, and/or Slack.

Although we count on your experience and savviness, training on specific tasks & how to use our software/tools will be provided as needed.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Good with task management
  • Fluent in English and has great writing skills
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Agile
  • A quick learner and an overachiever
  • Experienced with G-Suite, Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Willing to work from 6 AM MST - 12 PM MST Monday-Friday
  • Experienced in similar roles: Executive, Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable, Controller, etc.

Brownie points for:

  • Any accounting background
  • Experience with our tools such as Slack
