My business has grown a lot in the last year & I am helping more & more clients achieve bigger and better results in their business & hit their goals faster. At the moment, Profits Collective consists of only me, however, the team might expand further in the future to accommodate the business growth.

Primarily, you would help me with my podcast outreach, triage inboxes & keep me free from minor & ad hoc tasks as much as possible. I enjoy calls with (potential) clients, speaking on podcasts, delivering and writing workshops (but not creating slides), writing helpful content, advising clients through email and coming up with free personalised profit strategies, and ideally, you, as my new EA, would help me take care of the things that are not on this list.
As my Executive Assistant, you will:
Tasks will be assigned directly by me via Slack & you would ideally put them into Trello for tracking. I want it to be easy for me to assign tasks, and easy for both of us to keep track of the tasks.
Although I count on your experience & expertise, you will receive training from me whilst bringing your own skills & making your own suggestions for improvement. If there are some brand-new tasks, there might be opportunities for paid external training/courses.
As my ideal candidate, you should have:
