What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with the CEO to make sure everything runs like a machine:
- Review daily KPIs across the team and identify any issues immediately.
- Meet daily with the CEO to present performance reports and 3+ solution proposals for anything off-track.
- Maintain and update a live to-do list — providing two clear updates per day (AM and PM).
- Manage communications in Slack and project management tools to keep the team focused and accountable.
- Identify small problems and SOLVE them!
- Make the CEO’s life easier every single day.
