What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work directly with the CEO to make sure everything runs like a machine:

• Review daily KPIs across the team and identify any issues immediately.
• Meet daily with the CEO to present performance reports and 3+ solution proposals for anything off-track.
• Maintain and update a live to-do list — providing two clear updates per day (AM and PM).
• Manage communications in Slack and project management tools to keep the team focused and accountable.
• Identify small problems and SOLVE them!
• Make the CEO’s life easier every single day.
