As a rapidly growing business, SalesRook is growing its team by onboarding a new Executive Assistant to assist the business leaders by managing the administrative and organisational tasks so that they can focus on the strategic advancement of the business. You will turn the business into a well-oiled supercar so that the whole team can be efficient and get more done.
The three key areas of focus for your role will include:
🟡Financial management i.e. Xero management, expenses tracking, and payment collection
🟣Content and Landing Page Quality Assurance i.e. making sure that the content published on the website meets the required standards
🟡General business administration i.e. identifying areas where you could create a process/system to help the team be more effective
More specifically, in this role, you will:
An onboarding process will be organised for you once you join SalesRook and you will be supported as much as possible. You will have a chance to learn more about the business model, shadow other team members and attend meetings, as well as get to know the customers and understand the overall strategies.
