Troy Gasnier is a Strategic Advisor at The Stable, a commerce agency helping connect brands and consumers across all channels. Troy is all about having the best experience possible, whether it be travelling abroad or having a simple dinner at a local restaurant, but no longer has the time to properly research and plan.

With very busy schedules and a lot of different responsibilities, John and Troy are now looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant that would make their personal and professional lives much easier… And that’s where you come in :)
John and Troy are looking for someone who can make their lives run effortlessly and smoothly - making every experience awesome. You would need to plan out their schedules, take things off their plate, take initiative and create your own tasks based on general instructions.
Within this role, you would do internet research, manage calendar & schedule, manage travelling (including researching and booking vehicles & apartments while making sure you find the best value for money), and proactively organise events & experiences (concerts, sporting events, restaurant reservations). At the same time, you’d need to make sure every experience is extraordinary. You would also handle some work-related things like keeping track of content production and managing finances and emails and other related tasks as needed,
Your tasks will mostly be related to John and Troy’s personal lives, and you’ll do many different things as needed. For example, you’ll need to sort out flights for a company’s team retreat one day, and then help come up with ideas for a birthday present the next. A lot of tasks will involve research, travelling and finding the best possible deals for hotels and apartments, while ensuring you create the best possible experience.
If you want to be excellent at being an Executive Assistant, with the willingness and the ability to make someone’s life as easy and epic as possible, then this may be the perfect position for you!
To be a successful candidate, you need 2-3 years of proven Executive Assistant experience and excellent English skills.
Brownie points for knowledge of any other languages or experience using any project management tools. If you have a background in event planning, that’s even better!
