Looventures Real Estate Investments is a leading Canadian firm that specialises in real estate investing. They acquire multifamily residential real estate, focusing on effective operations of the assets, improving the quality & repositioning the assets. The company has recently ventured into self-storage facilities and vacation rentals, Since November 2020, when the company became operational, they have grown to 20+ residential units and are expanding its network by building its own brand.

Looventures Real Estate Investments is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to help them with day-to-day administrative tasks. In this role, you will be a part of the start-up business in real estate where you can add value to help the business grow.

The future of your role is exciting with three key areas of focus:

1️⃣Key administrative tasks

3️⃣Brand Management

More specifically, within this role, you will be responsible for;

  • Lead Generation and Analysis;
    • Market Research
    • On Market (listings reviews)
    • Off Market Lead Generation
    • Contact with brokers, property management companies, & trades
    • Targeted letter campaigns
    • Deal analysis
    • Investor Package Management
  • Administrative Tasks;
    • Management of Investor Lists
    • Email Campaigns and Admin
    • Monthly statement reviews (& flagging variances on monthly statements)
    • Invoice reviews, payment, and bookkeeping
    • PM Portals Reviews
      • Work orders status follow-up
    • Real Estate Investor Meetups Coordination
    • Renovation Administration
  • Social Media & Branding;
    • Managing a brand kit
    • Managing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
    • Build a marketing plan
    • Writing captions and managing posts

Once you join the company, two-week training will be organised for you. You will have an opportunity to learn more about the systems, brand, and nuances of your responsibilities, as well as help the company build its internal culture.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Strong communication skills and near-native level of English
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to dedicate yourself to this role and a passion to excel at work
  • Good Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
  • Experience using Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Sheets, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media apps e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Interest in real estate and investor relations
  • Interest in social media, branding, and administrative tasks

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with Facebook Business Suite
  • Experience with project management tools, e.g. Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Good knowledge of fundamental maths
  • Previous experience in a similar role

What’s in it for you?

  • $7 - $9 per hour
  • Fully remote and part-time opportunity (~20 hours per week)
  • Flexible working hours with some overlaps with EST for meetings with directors
  • Salary increases based on performance
