The Executive Assistant we’re looking to add to the team will have one main objective:
- Consistently generate and publish insightful student reviews on our website.
You’ll know you’re the right person for this role if you have:
- 2-4+ years of experience as an operations, administrative or executive assistant
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience with editing and proofreading in English
- Experience managing email and messages (including reminders and follow-ups)
- An obsession with getting the details right
- A well-honed bullshit detector (students often submit misleading reviews)
- A bias for being proactive and keeping things moving
- Experience with automation and process optimization
- An ability to operate independently and reliably accomplish tasks
- Reliable internet, reliable laptop/desktop computer
- An ability to quickly understand different business models
- Bonus: Experience with Asana, WordPress, Airtable, JotForm, Zapier
You’ll be doing:
- Finding contact information of students of select courses.
- Contacting and following up with those students, asking them to submit (or update) a review.
- Proofreading and publishing submitted reviews that meet our standards.
- Communicating with course creators (eg. notifying them when new reviews are published)
- Testing different incentives to generate more reviews.
- Creating monthly reports to measure progress.
- Optimizing and automating processes.

- Screencast recording and sharing software (eg. Loom, Berrycast)
