We are a Digital Marketing agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for ecommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com and many, many more super famous brands.

Currently our team consists of 5 account managers that work with clients, 3 analysts that support the client work and a marketing team of 4 that does marketing for our agency. Our number of clients is constantly growing and we are on the lookout for the Executive Assistant to join the team and support our senior staff.

We have a training program that will help you learn how to perform your duties for us and the type of marketing we do. You will work one-on-one with experienced staff, learn from our training materials and work with our clients.


The qualifications of the most suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience of working as an Executive assistant or working in a marketing field
  • Extremely organised – There are hundreds of tasks involved in running a successful marketing agency and you’ll need to be able to manage all of these tasks and make sure nothing gets missed
  • Nearly fluent written and spoken English required
  • Good at figuring things out - there’s constantly a lot of problems to solve
  • Proactive personality, not afraid of taking initiative and a firm believer in getting things done
  • Friendly approach and positive attitude, team oriented
  • Passionate about learning new things

Brownie points for:

  • Having some experience with SEO
  • Having some experience of video editing

Needless to say that our next Executive Assistant has a huge impact on helping our agency grow and keep giving an amazing service to our clients. That’s why we need someone who is extremely organized, hard-working, enthusiastic and a real problem solver when it comes to scheduling and organizing everything, making sure things are getting done.

If you are eager to learn new things, our company is the right place for you, our team is super supportive and you will be constantly interacting with our senior consultants, learning and growing with us. We are very team oriented. We work remotely but we all talk 1-2 times per day to stay connected. Everyone is helpful and supportive of their teammates.

Your main responsibilities as an Executive Assistant will include:

  • Processing emails
  • Creating email campaigns
  • Reporting on the success of campaigns
  • Scheduling
  • Working with spreadsheets
  • Working with our CEO on marketing campaigns
  • Managing our webinar software
  • Creating assets in Canva
  • Research event guests
  • Research content partnerships
  • Managing our LinkedIn account

Key Tools we use that are important for this role:

  • Asana
  • Canva
  • Spreadsheets i.e. Excel or Google Sheets
  • Google Analytics

Work schedule:

  • Full time position (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
  • Flexible schedule - you manage your own working hours so long as you can work 4 hours across US EST (13:00-20:00 GMT) - Our Office is in Boston, USA
  • Steady work and 10 paid vacation days for every 6 months worked.
