Email - Team Lead - Klaviyo/SMS [CLOSED]

About This Role

• In this role, you will have two main responsibilities:
• Leading our email operation
• Working with marketing and copywriting teams

Tasks You'll Be Doing

• Optimizing open, click and CR's
• Cold traffic conversion strategies
• Email deliverability - keep our emails inboxed and not spammed
• Optimizing existing and creating new welcome flows
• Maintaining existing email campaigns/flows and creating, scheduling and optimizing new ones.
• Maintaining list to keep it healthy
• Working with marketing manager for products
• Working with copywriter to schedule content

Compensation

Expected rate for this position $50/hour based on experience and skills you have. Expect at least 20 hours per month to start. Then will vary depending on opportunities time of year. Overall, we expect this role to grow to full time by end of year.
