Email Negotiator [CLOSED]

Do you consider yourself a master negotiator? We’re looking for the ultimate people person to join our team and help us grow in places that no introvert could ever hope to grow.

This role will see you replying to large numbers of emails on a daily basis, each with their own unique, nuanced touch. You’ll need to understand the subtleties of human nature and be able to understand and react in the most appropriate manner. For this, you’ll need a proven track record of dealing with people, whether that be previous customer service or even client based work.

You’ll be given full training and guidelines, however, we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to give their input and try new things to improve results. You’ll be responding to a large quantity of emails on a daily basis and be in charge of making sure every response is correctly replied to and processed.

Also, a basic understanding of SEO, guest blogging, and links is a plus but not necessary.

Required Experience

• General IT proficiency and familiarity with email (preferably Gsuite)

• A very basic understanding of SEO

• Previous experience in a people facing job

• Near-native English Language ability

• Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to large quantities of emails

• Recording results and successes in our databases

• Improving and tweaking company SOPs
