Cleaning in Motion is currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to improve client results by doing email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to advance your professional, leadership, and personal development. While the role will present challenges, it will also offer rewarding experiences!

In this role, you will:

  • Launch email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including creating the initial concept, overseeing the copywriting with the writers, creating copy, editing content, and sending emails.
  • Manage databases & database providers, scrape lists in Google and LinkedIn, clean lists, and validate them.
  • Improve deliverability, analyze data, set up new email addresses and domains, warm up emails, and present results.
  • Create A/B testing and have a pulse on what's working and what's not.
  • Reach different target audiences, identify opportunities to target the leads, and create new campaigns by delivering powerful, personalized, impactful, and effective messages that will get into people's inboxes and, ultimately, convert.
  • Oversee the LinkedIn reach-out campaigns.
  • Create the strategy, copy, and build a list of the ideal target.
  • Set up the tools used to connect with LinkedIn profiles and launch campaigns.
  • Empower clients and their teams with knowledge, tools, and strategies.
  • Coach clients’ teams to do a good job using the company’s systems and tools.
  • Establish accountability with the client and the team.
  • Develop email marketing strategies to support the Clients’ key business priorities and campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in email communication.

This is a full-time position, and you need to have at least 6 hours of overlap between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM EST.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably for a B2B company
  • Strong proficiency in various email marketing platforms such as Mailgun, Sendgrid, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Active Campaign, Go HighLevel, and others
  • Proficiency in HTML coding for email, including mobile and dark mode compatibility, as well as utilizing HTML development tools such as Go HighLevel, Hubspot, and Marketing Automation tools
  • Knowledge of Customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Strong understanding of spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and the ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, allowing you to draw insights from data, make informed recommendations and take appropriate action
  • A track record of consistently following up and following through on tasks and the ability to simplify complex concepts for others
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective time management and personal accountability
  • High attention to detail & eagerness to learn
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (not essential)

To do well in this job, you must be very well organized, proactive in finding solutions and information, great at managing your time, and a great communicator.
