About the role

Own the visual side of our email channel:

• Design on-brand, conversion-led templates and creative assets
• Build those emails directly inside Klaviyo (blocks, sections, animation, mobile tweaks)
• Typical load: 12+ campaigns per client each month (flows as needed), always delivered two weeks ahead of schedule
• Success benchmark: 1.5 %+ CTR on every send and happy clients
• Work is fully remote with a few hours’ overlap to sync with our ACDT (Australia) team.

About you

• Portfolio of recent Klaviyo emails you designed and built
• Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, colour, brand nuance
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands and deadlines without micro-management
• Data-minded—your design choices are backed by results
• Bonus: motion/GIF chops, e-commerce or CRO background

Earning Potential

This is a freelance role with high upside. Here's how earnings typically break down:

Most designers handle 3–5 emails per client per week

Designers often manage 4–5 brands at a time

That’s 12–25 emails per week, or $600–$1,250 weekly, depending on volume

Realistic monthly earnings range from $2,400–$5,000 USD

That said, please note that this role is freelance-based and there’s no fixed base salary. Your income scales with your client load and performance.
