eCommerce Specialist [CLOSED]

Our team is made up of 22 individuals working full-time or part-time and they come all over the world. We strive to break down the remote working boundaries and offer a fun working environment where everyone can communicate often and openly and not feel disconnected.

No one in the team is micro-managed; instead, everyone is expected to take ownership of their job and their role. We have a flexible, fun, and nice work environment where the team is very engaged and fun, but also very loyal and with high integrity.

We are looking for a top-notch eCommerce Specialist to help us grow and improve our operations by taking on exciting projects in digital marketing.

More specifically, within this role*, you will:

  • Independently perform tasks and projects assigned and deliver satisfactory results
  • Participate in brainstorming and troubleshooting discussions to come up with solutions to problems in the operations.
  • Build website sales pages using page builder software*
  • Maintain a variety of different projects to a high standard
  • Occasionally accomplish tasks related to Digital Marketing such as copywriting or editing graphics using photo editing software (photoshop, etc.) or creating graphics for social media and other purposes (internal communications, announcements, emails, etc.)
  • Manage logistics
  • Suggest improvements to the business
  • Identify and dissect (potential) problems & new opportunities
  • Other related duties may be assigned from time to time
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments, team members or partner agencies when necessary
  • Report directly to Operations Executive and our CEO

* Please note that we are hiring multiple people for the role, therefore, some duties might be required from you and some may not. Overall, we expect you to have covered similar roles/responsibilities in the past in either field. If you are successful, we will try to assign you tasks that are within your field of knowledge and expertise, and teach you the rest if needed.

Although we count on your experience and expertise, a one-week onboarding call will be organised for you. You will be fully guided through the tools we use, the work we do, and what is expected of you; you will also meet and greet the key people in the company. Even after the onboarding process, you will be guided and fully supported to excel in your role.

This is a dynamic role perfectly suited for a professional with a rounded eCommerce experience. In addition, we are focused on finding someone whose core values – integrity, loyalty and hard work – align with ours. To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, ideally 3+ years
  • Experience with Project Management Tools ( Monday) and Slack
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Powerpoint,

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with Facebook & TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Experience running your own e-commerce business and/or an in and out knowledge of ecommerce businesses
