About the role

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO managers and oversee various tasks across the company. You’ll need to organize and delegate tasks, and accurately create and manage Reports for our projects.

As the new Operations Manager, you will:

• Create timelines and plans for tasks on Asana or similar software

• Create and manage Google Sheets with Daily reports

• Coordinate Tasks and processes with the Employees and report to the CEO

• Handling documents and communication with Banks and Payment processors on behalf of our company

• Keep the day-to-day operations organized

• Get to know the processes & identify improvement opportunities

• Share ideas and opinions to get things done more efficiently

During the first few weeks, you will receive training on the company’s systems, get to know the team, and begin to assist the CEO with delegation of tasks across the team. This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to work within the CET timezone for at least five hours per day.

About you

To be a successful candidate, you need:

• Familiarity with planning and team management

• Experience in using Task Management tools (Asana or Trello)

• Experience in creating and maintaining reports with set KPIs

• Experience in process development & process improvement

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets

• Ability to manage several projects at the same time

• Ability to work at least 5 hours per day in the CET timezone

The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized and an excellent planner, able to handle difficult situations & willing to step in when things seem to be getting off the rails. At the same time, you need to be an excellent communicator and able to maintain a clear overview of our current operations and structures with the CEO and the team.
