Week 1: Although we count on your expertise, there will be an onboarding process and orientation setup. You will also get assigned some tasks
Week 2: You will start checking off the task punch list & building on initial projects with a good amount of supervision.
Week 3: You will start working independently & complete the remaining tasks from the punch list
