We are looking for an e-Commerce Operations Specialist to assist us with high-level duties and act as an extension of the executives. By assisting us with the management tasks, you will help our business operate efficiently and grow exponentially.

As our e-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will:

• Independently perform tasks and projects assigned and deliver satisfactory results
• Participate in brainstorming and troubleshooting discussions to come up with solutions to problems in the operations.
• Build website sales pages using page builder software
• Maintain a variety of different projects to a high standard
• Occasionally accomplish tasks related to Digital Marketing such as copywriting or editing graphics using photo editing software (photoshop, etc.) or create graphics for social media and other purposes (internal communications, announcements, emails, etc.)
• Manage logistics
• Suggest improvements to the business
• Identify and dissect (potential) problems & new opportunities
• Report to and assist the CEO and the COO
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments and team members such as Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service Manager, and even Customers themselves, when necessary
• Other related duties may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

As our ideal candidate, you must have:

• Conscientiousness and discipline in meeting deadlines
• Ability to respond in a clear and timely manner
• Diligence to report to work as scheduled and on time
• Independence and self-motivation to work efficiently and deliver impressive results
• Compulsive desire to help the company succeed and meet its goals
• Experience with Shopify
• Exceptional communication skills

• Understanding of media buying and marketing principles

Week 1: Although we count on your expertise, there will be an onboarding process and orientation setup. You will also get assigned some tasks

Week 2: You will start checking off the task punch list & building on initial projects with a good amount of supervision.

Week 3: You will start working independently & complete the remaining tasks from the punch list
