eCommerce Marketing Director [CLOSED]

This is a very hands on entrepreneurial and exciting role within a small but super passionate team of 5. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be able to shape the marketing function building on your previous experience, and using your managerial, creative and analytical skills.

Objectives: 

Develop the brand across all the marketing channels outside Amazon to reach sales and profit target on our own eCommerce (Shopify) Store

 Role: 

Develop, Plan and Execute marketing strategies leveraging the following digital marketing channels:

_Social Media Marketing ( Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)

_Email Marketing

_Content Marketing

_SEO/SEM

_Affiliate Marketing

Main tasks:

1. Management

• Audit current Marketing process and create an action plan for the whole function

• Build and hire the marketing team (Permanent or contractor) to fill any gap

• Optimise, document every process in SOP and train direct report 

       2.Execution

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

• Execute all digital marketing, including social media, email, advertising campaigns and SEO/SEM

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

       3. Business Development

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Develop new distribution channels such as wholesale, Walmart, ebay, 

• Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies

Proven track record of developing or running successfully marketing function in eCommerce environment and able to demonstrate the following skills:
